  • I had a great experience dealing with Stoddart's. They answered my call promptly and gave me a quote over the phone. Terry came out to do the job and was the definition of professional. He gave me a heads up call before he came out and was understanding to the fact that I was working from home and it wouldn't be too easy to communicate during the time he was there. He got straight to work and did a great job rekeying all my locks in my home. He even went above and beyond and switched a few knobs to different locations so they matched properly and had my nicer set moved from a door we don't really use over to a door that get a lot of use and is seen more often (without me even asking). He was done in only 30 minutes and waited for me to test the locks before he left. I was provided with 4 keys at no extra charge. Also, to put the cherry on top he even added some additional discounts and charged me less than I was quoted! These guys are great. You can call around and I can tell you their prices are lower than the competition and the quality of work and professionalism was top notch. I would definitely recommend Stoddart's.
