We winged it and stopped in for lunch on a Thursday. Some of the reviews scared us but we decided to try it anyway. We started with large house Margaritas and one each was plenty! Delicious and heavy on the alcohol. The chips and salsa were a 3.5 out of 5. They were good but not amazing. I got the tamale and chili rellano plate and my boyfriend got the tamale and burrito plate. Coming from Northern California and having experienced some amazing mom and pop Mexican places this did not disappoint. Even the rice and beans were amazing. We both took half our plates home because it was so much food.
