  • Management is terrible. How are you going to refuse to give me sauces if I just ordered food from you guys. Telling me I have to pay 25 cents for each sauce. I'll take my money elsewhere, because they obviously don't care about customer service here and just try to make every dime they can off you. The biggest problem with these chain restaurants is their lacking of customer service.
