| - Sadly, I must repost this review because the owner seems to have the power to write a reponse, flag the review and not have it effect the rating of the company. Below is my original review and then the response from the owner.
First off, my review should remain on the first page of yelp, because I am reviewing my overall experience from dealing with your shop. Whether there was work done to my vehicle or not, doesn't make a difference. My overall experience with your shop was a negative one, and that is a big part of any review. Customer service matters every bit as much as the service performed. The living social voucher exprired on July 20th, and you were not able to get me in before that date. If that is the case, the vouchers should not be for sale. You are so quick to quote the details of the voucher in your responses to other negative reviews, but the reality of this situation, is that you are the one not completing the voucher per the details of the deal.
Second, you said that I waited 5 days to contact your company. THAT IS 100% FALSE. I first called your company on May 19, at 11am. There was no answer, and I left a message asking for someone to call back. I then called again on May 21, first at 4:30pm, then again at 5pm. Both times, no answer. I again left a message at the 5pm call, and my call was never returned.
Obviously you take pride in your business, and I congratulate you on the success you must be having. But you have no right to sit there act like I was in the wrong. I would consider implementing a waiting list for customers, so that when you have a cancellation or no show, you can possibly move people in sooner. I am sure we will continue to "agree to disagree", but a review such as mine, would have let me know prior to purchasing that I would have to wait more than 2 months to have the service performed. Also, infering that I should call ahead to the shop before purchasing a voucher is something that should be noted on the deal webpage.

I purchased a deal through Living Social, and when I called to make an appointment, I was told that they did not have a single opening for over 2 months. The appointment date is after the voucher expires, and while they said they would make it work, 2 months is too long to wait to use the voucher. If the shop is so busy, then maybe it should be noted on Groupon or Living Social. Most people purchase vouchers with intent to use them ASAP. Just a warning for others looking to purchase through a deal website. This is not a negative review about the quality of work, just the inability to schedule an appointment in a decent timeframe.

I've failed to see why you would rate LV AUDIO & CUSTOMS 1* based on the success of the GROUPON, Living Social, & AMAZON window tint deal campaigns! America's economy clearly runs on a supply V.S. demand basis. LV AUDIO & CUSTOMS is clearly in demand, & we use a fair & honest first come, first served system for scheduling any appointment! The reason we are booked out so far is in part for 2 reasons the amount of vouchers sold, and the willingness for consumers to wait for the TOP NOTCH service & QUALITY we offer here at LV AUDIO & CUSTOMS!!
