  • I had a late appointment with Jordan after work this week. The entire time she was shampooing she was talking to a coworker about their personal lives and I ended up with water in my ear. After she finished I asked her to blend the layers more but it wasn't until I got home I noticed how bad it was. My bangs were completely uneven and a large part of it didn't have layers like the rest. The left side was also longer than the right. She hadn't checked the length at all and when she cut my bangs she didn't do it like I'd had them done every time before when the bangs are separated from the rest of my hair. The only reason I'm giving three stars instead of one is for salon manager Amanda. I went in the next day and she pretty much saved my head. The cut I have now is great and bouncy and whilst she couldn't fix my bangs entirely because they were so bad she did the best she could. So if you make an appointment here book with Amanda and stay away from Jordan.
