What I didnt like about joining Goodlife is the manadatory session where they literally try to corner you into buying the personal trainer sessions. There one goes expecting a "health assessment" to be all about you but what its mainly about is trying to make you pay 100s of $ per month in addition to your membership fee for personal training sessions. Although it was nice to find out what your body fat% is and how to redesign your goals on that rather than weight.
I thought it was funny that when you join Goodlife they advertise their classes and machines to get you in, but once you are in assure you that there is no way you will get the body you want without taking their special private sessions.
That being said, the ambience, crowd and staff are all pleasant enough to make this a gym you can work out in comfortably.
