  • On a very busy back-to-school day for us, we noticed a giant nail in our tire. We took it to Ron's and they put the spare on for us. They ordered our tire from another shop, and called me at home when the tire arrived to their shop. When I arrived with my infant, I expected to wait at least an hour (which wouldn't have been that bad considering they have a clean, comfy waiting area). One mechanic grabbed my keys before I even had a chance to get inside, the other mechanic held the door open for me. I swear, I think the whole process took 15 minutes. I was absolutely FLOORED. I haven't gotten better service anywhere. I won't ever go anywhere else!
