I order a jersey online from Lidslockeroom.com after 7 days they emailed me back to tell me that they would be unavailable to fulfill my order. I went into the lids locker room at the galleria mall and talked to the manager Daniel. I asked him about the jersey that I could not get online. He told me that he some how had a different system from the website and was 100% sure that I would be able to get the jersey I wanted that I could not get online. He informed me that he would keep my updated through out the process. 2 weeks go by and still no call from the manager Daniel. I call the store and he tells me that he could not fulfill the order and that it would take 7-15 business day to MAIL me and refund check. I paid with credit card and they said that they could not just refund me back on my card. I was not at accommodated for my time and inconvenience. The manager will tell you anything to make a sale. I felt as though they care more about a sale then they do customer service, both in store and online customer care.
