  • I can't believe that they deleted my posting because I gave a one star review! Now I have to say it again! I was stupid enough to think that the 2 min head massage is worth the $350 membership commitment. The female receptionist with short hair and the male hair stylist who seems to always be there had the worst attitude ever. They would never smile or try to answer your questions. Like some of the other real customers, they do not really follow what you said because they could understand English well. This is fine, but the worst part is that when I attempt to make an appointment for two people. They told me on the day of the appointment that they do not have two hair stylists, and my appointments did not show up on their book. This happened again and again! In addition to this, when I wanted to perm my hair but needed a consultation first, they refused it and said that I had to pay for it and otherwise they would talk to me about hair even for one minute. But I have already paid $350 to commit to come to this crappy place. Please do not be stupid like me.
