I've driven past this place a couple of times, and finally got to try it. Food was pretty good, a classic shabu place. We got beef, veggies, and mushrooms. The only minus that I didn't expect was that they don't allow to put any sauces in the pot, and they don't offer ANY broths - only water. So you have to cook everything in clear water and dip it later. I personally love to cook shabu in different broths and later eat it with the meats and veggies as a soup. It was still nice. Kid friendly - they had special chopsticks and silverware for children.
