I have three dogs on their wellness plan. It was a great plan for several years. However, in the last six months my experience (and satisfaction) has changed dramatically for the worse. They never have appointments available for a sick pet. They tell me no appointments available for several days to a week. They suggest I call other Banfields in my area, which I do/have done and I get the same results. I've heard "one of our doctors quit, one is getting married, short staffed with doctors, etc. This is unacceptable service and leaves me with very little options other than seeking out an emergency vet at a much higher cost. I joined the wellness plan to begin with to help minimize cost when we need vet care. This appears to be the new "norm." It's too bad, their vet techs are so sweet and loving to my fur babies.
