  • I came here because my boyfriend raves about the one in Oakland. Stopping in for my lunch break (which is 1 hour) to grab a salad. Ordered the BBQ chicken salad, which was mediocre. The salad had a lot of the hard ends of the romain head which was a little disappointing. I also waited for about 25 minutes. That doesn't seem like a long time, but when the salad bar is laid out in front of the employees and it's not busy, I expected it to be a little more speedy. With only 20 minutes left before having to return to work, I asked if I could have my salad to go, to which the girl handed me a bag that had been sitting on the counter for quite some time. I'm just so disappointed, especially since I have been hearing about Hello Bistro for a while and how great it is. I was hoping to have the same experience. I will choose somewhere else to go to lunch before returning here.
