If you're looking for a traditional, conservative style suit with decent quality and affordable pricing then this is the place for you. They always seem to be having either a 30-40% off or Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale which makes their items affordable otherwise their regular prices are a little steep.
I came here a few months ago looking for some new suits after losing a bit of weight. I like their suits, but some of their clothing such as pants and shirts are cut kind of wide...probably for older people that aren't in as good of shape lol. Again, think traditional and conservative. It's ok, nothing a little tailoring can't take care of.
I ended up getting a suit and a tux for about $750 including tax. Alterations to slim things down tacked on another $45 or so per suit. Obviously they prefer to tailor their own products, and they do so at a cheaper cost ($15-18 per area altered/slimmed) than what you'd usually pay at a standard tailor. However, it probably wouldn't be worth bringing in any non Jos A Bank products because they'll charge you extra fees, so you're better off just going to your usual tailor.
Their customer service is hit or miss depending who's working that day, but their salesmen aren't very pushy either which is good.
If you plan on buying a suit, be sure to sign up for their rewards program known as the "Bank Account". You'll receive a $50 rewards certificate for every $500 spent in store or online.
