  • Off the service road in Oakville, this store is pretty much what you would expect from a No Frills. I don't think I would do a full grocery shop there again after our last experience. I was disappointed with the price-matching policies. They do not state in advertisements that they only match "major grocery stores" within a certain distance (which means no Walmart, Canadian Tire, Giant Tiger, or Foodland flyers are accepted). Our cashier was rude while informing us of the policy, pointing at a sign behind her. It seemed that the policy itself was the only thing she was knowledgable about though, as she literally had to show her supervisor every single item we price-matched, and asked if it was okay. I wasted a lot of time going through flyers before shopping, and even more time at check-out when I wasn't able to match quite a few items due to the rules at this store. If they had this information stated on their ads, I would have gone to Walmart instead. I like to get my shopping done in one place.
