  • I used to love to go here as I think the frozen yogurt is more delicious than at Tutti Fruity. However, given my recent experience as a result of the customer service I will not be returning. I went on a Friday afternoon before the September long weekend. Most people were leaving to camp or for those last vacations before back to school. There were three young ladies behind the counter and they were all looking at their phones. None of them acknowledged us when we walked in there. Then the froyo was taking a long time to come out and I said "Excuse me" and not one of them looked up. It took me saying that three times until one of them looked up and I explained: "I think your machine may be out of the kind I want as nothing is coming out" she replied: "no its just really frozen so you just have to hold it for a really long time" and proceeded to look back at her phone. At one point when I was filling my cup with froyo the girls left from behind the counter and went to the candy bar where you put the toppings on top and put some in their hand and ate it and went back to the front counter.. Terrible customer service
