  • Several weeks ago, I had an accident that caused over $5000.00 damage to my car. I called my insurance company and New Look Collision Center was recommended. From the moment I arrived at New Look, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Jim explained the estimating process and how I would be notified throughout the repair process. At each point of the process, I received emails and phone calls. And was also notified of one time delay due to a part being back ordered. When I came to pick up my car, I was given an explanation of all the repairs made while we looked over the car. To make matters even better, I was given a life time guarantee of their work...and assured that if I had any problems, New Look would take care of the car. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and, the manner in which I was treated by the New Look staff. It is wonderful to know and use a business that treats clients like family!!!
