  • Sadly I have to agree with all the negative reviews. I have used these guys for a while and had pretty good and fair service. Now there is what seems a whole new bunch of service techs. Mine is the same story, yeah need new springs and oh btw I just broke the track so I'm going to replace that too. Mind you this is a rental property so had to go on what was told which I normally do not do. So here is the kicker, I go a few days later because the tenant tells me the outside remote is broke and the tech said it needs a new circuit board. Well first of all they only run about $35 at Home Depot. Second I open it up and behold! No battery! . Asshole ya think that you would get away with that one? Time the BBB or contractors board looks into these guys.
