Overcharged the insurance company by more than triple, angering it and making it a difficult process. Though the salesman was nice, the original contract said they waived their liability for unfair business practices. Good thing we caught that and crossed it out before signing. Later, their foreman conflicted with the contract and attempted to violate the terms, whether ignorantly or not we don't know. When asked about it, he was condescending to my wife, then polite to me, but still was slow to follow through (weeks for a small project). Generally, the company's failure to coordinate and communicate led to delays and greater confusion.
We were glad to be done working with them.
