  • In the middle of Phoenix it's difficult to find a pet store that carries everything that you need. I came to the store because I was in need of chicken feed. Their prices were twice as much as the other feed stores in town. That doesn't bother me, as I have the choice to either buy or not buy. What did bother me was the merchants attitude to the question I posed. Quite simply I asked, respectfully, why are your products twice as much is what I normally pay. They were offended that I would dare to ask a question and try to be an informed consumer. Anyway, one question no explanation I'll take my business to Pratts.
