  • I have been here a few times for my oil change. After my last visit, I drove up to Ohio to visit my family. When I arrived, we realized oil was dripping from my car. Our driveway at home is dark and old, but on a brand new driveway it was obvious. Since I was far from home, I took it to a Ford dealership to get checked out. I was charged $44 for them to inspect it, and to replace the oil filter that they said was not put on tight enough and had caused the leak. When I called to report this to Valvoline, they said since I didn't come to them to fix it, and it happens, they would give me $10 off my next oil change. Thanks a lot. Maybe you should make sure your parts are on right or at least offer what I had to pay to fix the problem that you caused.
