  • So my experience was not ideal. I would like to start off with the good in an effort to be fair. The salon is very nice, clean, and the staff is friendly. Now for the details of my experience. I called and made a same day appointment for a hair cut which was great that they could accommodate me with short notice. I didn't have to wait too long to be seen, but while I waited I saw a picture of the way I would want to color my hair so I asked the receptionist about pricing and appointment availability. She told me that I wouldn't be able to get it done while there because the process would take about 3 hrs, ombre was involved. I was fine with that because I haven't ever had that done on my hair so I scheduled an appointment for a later day. While getting my hair washed by the stylist she told me she could do the color and ombre because my hair was fine. I asked about the time frame because I knew they closed at 6pm and the receptionist had said 3 hrs. She assured me she could do it so I said ok. She finished cutting my hair and it looked great. Hair color not great. Not only was she not able to finish, the ombre does not look anything like the color in the picture. And I didn't get my hair colored. She was rushed into finishing my hair by another staff member and I don't think the toner set in the right way. But to top it all off my bill was $240.00. I have an appointment elsewhere and hope they can fix it. I will definitely not be returning or recommending for hair color.
