  • So the reason I'm giving this place a two star is because the yogurt is good they have plenty of yogurt flavor options good topping for your yogurt but I'm alllll about customer service !! Last night I had a very unpleasant experience I've came to this location different times and never had an experience like this one, me and my brother were there having a good chat for awhile around 9:30 the two girls working there started blasting the music so loud I couldn't even hear my brother we weren't able to have a conversation so I looked over to the two girls working they were laughing dancing and singing to the music I was surprised by what was going on me and my brother looked over and they knew we were looking so they walked in the kitchen laughing my brother suggested we moved our conversation outside because they needed to start cleaning they might close at 10 we thought so the girls came back out to the line and out loud I told the girls thank you for kicking us out one of the girls laughed and with her hand she gestured for us to keep walking so we did We still sat outside talking and a couple got there and they were about to walk in it was 10:02 I told them oh I believe they are closed and they tried opening the door and it was open so they looked at the closing time it was 11pm I was soooo shocked at 9:30 we were rudely interrupted by two employees in such an unprofessional way I have honestly never experienced such bad customer service at a family friendly environment. I did call the store manager today and I'm happy she apologized and offered a better experience next time on her. I really hope those two employees get talked to and hopefully they get better customer service training.
