  • I have dinned at Dillon's many times already. Overall, it's not bad, but definitely not the best in town. The service is great but the quality of the food can be a bit inconsistent. Towards the end, I prefer to order in pints and make it to-go, I think you get more meat per dollar that way. Otherwise, service is great and I wouldn't mind eating at the restaurant. I live around the area so if I am craving for some decent BBQ but not willing to drive more than 10 minutes, then here is what I would get from Dillon's: Pork rib - This is probably one of their best BBQ meat, in my opinion of course. Sausage - It's okay...it's really just okay. Even Angry Crab has better sausage than this place but I wouldn't mind order it if I am already at Dillon's. VEGGIE OF THE DAY - Let me put it this way, if they happen to serve stir-fried green beans with bacon and onion EVERYDAY, then I am more than happy to raise 1 more star on this review and go there twice as often. On the flip side- the things I would consider avoid - Beef rib - I have a picture here. I know it looks tasty but I would stay away from it. It's always kind of dried. Pull Pork - This one is a hit and miss so I finally decide to avoid it. Once a while it gets very wastery so it ruins the taste. But when it's done right, then it's fine. Just avoid it.
