  • I recently purchased a great backpack here for an upcoming trip to Europe. We spent a lot of time in the backpack section and our sales associate, Andrew, was amazing. He really took the time to explain the proper fit of a backpack, measure me correctly and take several packs off the wall to let me try. I ended up settling on an awesome lime green Vaude pack that fits me perfectly and is very comfortable. It was even $50 off! Andrew really went out of his way and totally knows his stuff. I've always liked Sail for outdoor gear, but this trip was made better by the fantastic deal and the great service.
