We got a new Puppy in December. I've taken him to this Petsmart numerous times. I was on their website and saw a t shirt I wanted to get our new puppy. It only gave me the option to pick it up in store which I was fine with. The website told me it would be waiting at least he store for me. I assumed I would be able to just pay for it in the store. I asked two sales people for help and they couldn't help me. Then I found a manage, Cody and he told me I needed to pay for it online and then pick it up. The website told me it was ready for pick up. Never said I needed to pay before hand. I told this to the manager and he said "you need to pay for it online before, then pick it up. How am I supposed to know that? Especially when it says it's ready for in store pickup. The manager Cody just walked away. No "let me see what I can do", nothing. I couldn't believe he couldn't even offer to help, let alone walk away like he did. We've spent a small fortune there in the last two months we've had our puppy. We will no longer be shopping there. There are plenty of other stores for us to shop at and we will be doing it that. The manager needs some more training and manners. I will look for this t shirt elsewhere. I will never step foot in that store again. He didn't even go and check to see if they had it in the back. What a great manager. I still managed to spend $85.00 there tonight and I would have expected a little help instead of a manager telling me "too bad". Their customer service really needs to be better and the managers need to be re trained. Petsmart, you just lost a good customer.
