This is one of the most run-down Hamptons I've been in and the housekeeping needs work. The carpet is threadbare and the wallpaper is a mess (cuts and chunks missing). The shower is tiny with a dirty floor. The drapes were dusty and one of the tiebacks was missing completely and the other one was tied in a knot. There were cobwebs running from the lampshade all the way to the ceiling. The only clean thing in the room was the bed. And the icing on the cake: when we checked in we asked about using a Hilton gift card and were told to do it at check out but at check out we were informed that this hotel doesn't accept gift cards - I feel like this should be evident in the website. Of course the only answer we could get was a (very friendly at least) "I'm sorry." I've seen worse hotels and I've had worse service but this was definitely bad enough that I'll never go back.
