  • Customer service is paramount to me, and this car wash has always met my expectations. One time I had an issue late on a saturday night and the owner provides his phone number in case of an issue; I called him, he answered, troubleshooted the issue for me, and said if that didn't fix the problem he would come down to resolve the problem. I was appreciative and my family actually lives closer to another car wash, but we always patronize this car wash because the owner clearly values all of his customers. They take cards, not just cash, and the facility is always clean and the machines work well.
