  • My dog has been groomed here for over 9 years. Today, she was left sitting in a cage for almost 4 hours, the groomer, Jessica, finished her shift, went home and neglected to contact us to pick her up! NEVER AGAIN!!! I took my Diva in for a basic bath & brush; her appointment was at 2:30pm. At 7:35pm, I still had not received a call to pick her up. I called PetSmart to check on her progress and was told she had been ready and they apologized that the groomer left without calling me. Upon pick-up, the receipt actually stated that Diva's service was complete at 4:11pm; the staff and store manager acknowledged this and apologized, but did not have answers as to how this could happen! How neglectful!! I am beyond upset!
