  • The customer service at this hotel is spectacular and the physical aspects of this hotel are great! It was a cold and rainy day and stupid me forgot my umbrella. The concierge was so nice he let me borrow one for the whole day! I was able to enjoy St. Catherine thanks to him, thank you so much! The location is great. It's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. There's also a currency exchange nearby and the concierge is so knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and has all the necessary amenities. I really enjoyed me stay here and cannot wait to return. Take advantage of the services provided!
