  • This company truly stands by their work and professionalism. They are reasonable and compassionate. Brought in my Scion TC in july of '17. The water pump and timing belt was replaced. They offer a solid 12 month 12,000 warranty. Fast forward to 10 months later and the water gasket blows. We tow the car to their shop where the warranty is honored. A new water pump system is put in. We were good to go...or so we thought. One day later we experience another leak. Our first thought was that it was the water pump again. Turns out that it was the lower radiator hose. Jesus and Nick worked with us on getting the car in asap...they also replaced the radiator hose for free as well as doing an oil change for the car in lieu of compensation for the tow charges which I asked them to pay for. 2 things they really didn't have to do. I appreciate the customer service they provide especially in the crazy and stressful 3 day span for us. This Scion has been nothing but a headache for me and my family as we have replaced a lot of things in this vehicle. I'm glad that we found a place that we are establishing a relationship with and that I can count on. Thank you...
