  • The absolute best windshield repair/replacement company. Auto Glass Perfection's customer service is second to none. Setting up an appointment via Talitha was super easy, and I was given a very reasonable quote for the work to be done: a windshield replacement on my BMW 330ci, which had severe micro-pitting due to previous owner's replacement with cheap Chinese glass. I requested a specific brand that is a much higher quality for a great price. My windshield tech was Jack, and he's, to put simply, an awesome guy, all around! The day of my appointment, I came home a few minutes late and found Jack parked by my house, ready to go. He came over and inspected my windshield and noticed that the rubber on my windshield cowl was not properly installed by a previous job. I asked if he could get that part in, and he let me know it would be from the dealer, which charges exorbitant prices for such a simple plastic trim piece. He suggested I purchase the cowl piece online for a much cheaper price, to which I agreed and we rescheduled for next Friday (today). It didn't help it was a rainy day either, so it all worked out. Come Friday, Jack shows up again on time and gets to work. Truly, his experience shines through his level of workmanship. My BMW is now outfitted with a clean, pit/chip-free windshield and I could not be more happier. Thanks to everyone at Auto Glass Perfection! :)
