  • If you're looking for fast, satisfying Mexican food, Sabor is the place for you. It's not a fancy place but doesn't pretend to be. It's always packed at lunch or dinner time. They have *enough* vegetarian options but they're definitely not the most imaginative I've seen. I actually prefer their roasted veggie tacos to the tofu options because I think the flavoring is better. But rest assured if you're meat free, you have some options here! Not sure about how vegan it can be, though. I do think their prices are a tad high for what you get; I'm always a little surprised at the total price. But it's still undeniably more affordable than the multitude of fancy Mexican/Latin restaurants around Charlotte. And way faster and probably more authentic. If you're looking for fast, cheap, authentic tacos, this is a great spot for you!
