  • Worst grooming experience!! I took my 3 month old kitten here for a nail trim and a nail cap last week and the man was horribly rough with her. She was not easy to work with which I admit but two other groomers offered to help, and he declined. When I got home I noticed large clumps of fur had been pulled out. Less than 24 hours later I noticed one of the caps had come off and there was dried blood on her nail and she was bleeding from the tip of her nail. I called corporate to report the incident and when the store called to follow up with me, they blamed it all on my kitten. I will never go to this location again and this experience has made me leery of petsmart in general
