Very personally dissatisfied: dealership and service department.
I bought a used Jeep from this dealership about two years ago and thought I got a good deal so I figured I would return here for service.
My doors had been sticky since I bought the Jeep but the salesman told me they would get better with use. Now the service centre tells me it won't and would actually cost $150/door to repair. I decline that ridiculous cost.
My back windshield wiper sprayer wouldn't work. As a new Jeep owner I have yet to take the top of so I didn't know what the issue was. It was only disconnected but that cost me $75.
My heated seat stopped working on the drivers side. This was the main reason I was looking for service. I had no reason to believe they weren't factory installed, turns out they were after market. The service centre can't fix it but that still cost me $75.
I asked for an oil change as well ($90).
Now suddenly I need all of this extra work (classic joke of the mechanic's found work here) so I agree to most of their proposals because they sound relatively inexpensive. All they had to do were basically change out some fluids because they "looked dirty".
They tried to convince me that I had screwed up and poured coolant into my windshield wiper fluid. First of all, I would never have done that. Second, how could you not notice if you sprayed that on your windshield. I had to decline multiple times and he still was throwing uncertainty and guilt my way.
At the end of the day I pay $580 to not even get the service I wanted done! They hadn't even included the after market shop to go to to get it fixed until I complained.
I hate to fall back to stereotypes but this is the kind of shop were found work seems to be their primary business.
I will never be back and will vocally dissuade people from ever going there.
