  • We foster dogs and they all do "something" on our carpet. Although we try to have them come in after every dog gets adopted, sometimes we can't. Our carpet is about 15 years old and needs to be replaced but ...... I never have an issue making an appointment (they can usually get to us when we need it), and they call about 30 minutes out and then come in do the job and are out. What I especially like is they don't try to up-sell pre-treatment, scotch-guard - whatever. I get the price and that's what it is. We've been using them for a little over a year and will continue to do so. Yeah for a reputable company!
