  • Want to start with they are friendly and welcoming.... but unfortunately I have more cons then pros.... the studio isn't very bright. A lot of dark/cold colors for their decor scheme and not very lively. It also seemed really dusty. The work stations did not seem too clean and again dusty. There seemed to be a lot of clutter in general. The color I picked, the tech didn't know where it was, as it wasn't labeled. Finishing up, The polish was embedded in almost all my cuticles. The tech couldn't get it out. I had gel, so I struggled getting it out, most of it didn't. A friend asked if I did then myself. Getting my nails done isn't cheap, so when I'm throwing down almost $50 on them, I hope they're ALMOST perfect. I wrote this to hopefully help the management team. Wish you the best!
