  • Quicken loans was once a great company to deal with but I would not recommend getting a mortgage or refinance from them today... I don't know if it has anything to do with Rocket Mortgage becoming part of them or what? They will take advantage of the consumer and do not care about their clients.. My loan was a complete mess..They charged me almost 2 points and a high interest rate... They changed the person handling my loan 3 times...They even screwed up the closing docs and delayed the closing/funding ...STAY AWAY if you want good service and a good rate....
