  • The ice cream is pretty darn good, but expect to wait around 20 minutes (if the place is empty) for your ice cream. I love the idea and I think both kids and adults really enjoy watching the ice cream being made but the wait is a little too much. Don't get me wrong, I really do like this place. I even went 3 times in one week. But I waited almost 30 min when it was only slightly busy and if you want people to keep coming back that's a pretty solid deal breaker. On the other hand, the staff is super nice and helpful, so props for customer service.
