Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CENTURY LINK! They lie to you over the phone. I was told I'd be on a TWO YEAR price lock guarantee. Over the ONE YEAR, they've sneaked in extra fees causing my bill to go up by three dollars. I just got a bill for over sixty dollars.
I called in very upset. Not only did the retention department hit me with a rather complacent attitude. They said I was locked in for only ONE YEAR! I told him the mistake while they offered to "Give me another year" I told him I'd be cancelling when I am able.
Had I been locked in for TWO years as I was sold on, I wouldn't be typing this review.
I'm not sorry, you guys have LOST a customer and I WILL be telling my friends and anyone I know about your poor business practices.
