  • Rip off on new car prices. The saleswoman named "Heather" is rude. Rolled eyes at me when I told them the price AutoNation Chandler Honda was offering for a new fit then lied and said they would tack on more fees when I got there. Well I bought my car at AutoNation Chandler Honda and they didn't tack on any extra fees. The salesman at AutoNation was professional, polite, and gave me the same exact out the door price he quoted over email the FIRST TIME. No haggling involved. If you have to lie and talk smack about other dealers then perhaps you shouldn't be selling cars. This is the second time I've been to bell Honda to look at cars and ended up going somewhere else to buy. I went about a year ago to look at HRVS and they gave some ridiculous price and were rude then too. Ended up buying at Arrowhead Honda that time. They lost two sales from me within one year. That's how bad they suck. And what makes them suck even more is that they won't stop calling me and leaving voicemails while I'm working. My wife used to get her civic serviced here, now her HRV. But we won't be going back even for service since they're so unprofessional.
