  • Because I had used them many years ago and Victor really seemed professional I did not hesitate to recommend him to my husband when we recently bought our 2nd home here in the area. Took over a week of no return phone calls (should have been my 1st clue) before receiving a call back. My husband wanted the cabinets installed as soon after we took possession of the home as possible, many assurances that was no problem. Gave the deposit and again many phone calls with no response what so ever. Then the excuses started rolling in, installer hurt, installer fired, ect... several weeks later someone showed up and did a partial install that was not what we ordered. Again several weeks before we COULD even get Victor back out to look at our issues on a partial install, who did he call, the fellow who was supposedly fired. Several days following another installer (much better) came out and tore out the mistake of the first installer and finished the job with the exception of one missing shelf. My husband called numerous times and could not get a return phone call. I called Victor and gave him an opportunity to call me back before going this step, that was well over a week ago. WAY TO TAKE CARE OF A REPEAT CUSTOMER VICTOR, the gal in the office CHELSEA SHOULD AT LEAST PRETEND TO HAVE AN INTEREST. with so many choices out there I just wanted to advise those looking to work with these folks.
