  • I really wish this were a better review. We stopped into this location about a month ago to use our Groupon and we had a nice experience. Ordered a couple of different popcorn flavors to go and they were very good. We stopped in again this past weekend and now we will not be back. We went in pretty early, I think around noon. Nobody else was in the shop. I again ordered 2 different popcorn flavors (Black Tie (small) and Kettle (medium)). The lady at the register said she only had enough Kettle for a small so I said that would be fine. Our order was prepared by a young lady wearing glasses. We took our popcorn and left. When we got home I looked at the package of Kettle corn and it was terrible. A large portion of the bag was burnt, black pieces, un-popped kernels and crumbs. I know things can happen and maybe the young lady just didn't realize what she gave us (Don't know how this could happen but I'll assume she didn't just see it and then give it to us anyway). I called the store to let them know about what happened. The person who answered the phone said her name was "Brooklyn". I explained the situation and here was her response "Sorry". No offer to bring it back in and have it replaced, no offer to let me speak to a manager, no other comments just "Sorry". I wonder if she was the one who packed the bag. I didn't want to get into with her so I just hung up. I waited a couple of days and called back. I wanted to speak to the woman who had taken care of us on both visits but the person who answered the phone refused to give me her name or tell me when she would be working next. As if I can't just drive by and see that she is working. She also let me know that "Well she's not even the owner". I didn't ask who the owner was, I just wanted to let the person who served us know about the issue. Based on the poor value combined with the terrible customer service we won't return.
