After trying a quesadilla from the East Charleston stand and a bean and cheese burrito with avocado from the new El Pastorcito #2 on the NE corner of Smoke Ranch and Jones, I can conclude that this food just isn't for me. Stale flour tortillas, too much cheese that doesn't taste good, and the ensuing indigestion have never been issues at my preferred taco stand, so I will stick to what I know.
Pastorcito's workers are friendly and others rave about the tacos al pastor, so maybe you should only order tacos here. They also have good agua de jamaica. I just don't enjoy their food, even when I am drunk. The ingredients taste cheap and the menu prices don't reflect that. On the other hand, if Sinaloa has a bean and cheese burrito cartel, I might join...
