I came back with a GF of mine and we were absolutely blown away by a five star experience.
We were sat at a corner table next to the window, and was welcomed with a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains.
We started off with champagne and cocktails and decided to go all out with the degustation menu. Every dish was beautifully presented with a taste to match.
Worth mentioning:
Foie gras with kaifer lime and coconut. It sounds a bit odd but the flavor profiles were bold and extremely complimentary to each other. This dish stood out and definitely gives you an idea of the chef's skill at integrating such random ingredients to make such a palatable dish.
White truffle gnocchi. Who doesn't like truffle with pasta? This dish was so rich, creamy, and just melt in your mouth delicious.
I highly recommend Le Cirque; its the perfect restaurant for any occasion! ;)
