  • The croissants are among the best that I've had in the US. The Kougin Aman, their signature pastry can be spectacular... or dense and lardy when they serve you an old one (about 1/3 of the time). Skip coffee here... one time it was weak like tea, another time it was barely warm (like it was left 24 hours in a pump pot, almost room temp). If they would focus on quality, this has the chance to be something spectacular.
