  • The BEST customer service I have received from a business in a very VERY long time! My experience with uBreakiFix started with my Samsung Note 4 getting run over by a car. Yes, that's right: run over by a car! The phone still worked and the LCD was still good but the frame was warped and the glass was smashed badly. After several calls and quotes in the $250+ range to replace the entire display unit (glass and LCD)(not including the frame) I called uBreakiFix on Camelback and was greeted by the lovely and eternally chipper Cynthia. After discussing the extent of my damage she quoted me a price that was $125 LESS than other places I had called (for the display)! The reason for this is that uBreakiFix is a Samsung OEM Parts buyer and Samsung actually will take a good LCD in trade if the LCD is intact and the touchscreen is functional, thus reducing the price of the part. GREAT! I pre-paid for the screen and Cynthia said it would be a couple days because they didn't have it in stock, but she'd call when it arrived. Three days later the eternally jovial Cynthia called to tell me my screen was in, she gave me a time estimate for the repair and we scheduled a drop off the next morning. Dropped it off with a 4-hour estimate and just under three hours later the bubbly Cynthia called to tell me that the tech Daniel is so awesome, he finished it early. I went back to retrieve my phone and everything looked good, 90-day warranty on the work, off I go. A few days later I plugged in my "old school" wired earbuds into the headphone jack and only had audio in one ear. Tested a couple other things and sure enough there was an issue with the jack. Called uBreakiFix and the sunny Cynthia answered and after me explaining my issue she told me "it is absolutely covered by our warranty" and she ordered a replacement jack (the Note 4 is now considered an older model which is why they didn't have this part in stock). Again, as promised the order took as many days as the always cheery Cynthia said it would and called me like she said she would. We scheduled a time for me to drop off my phone for repair, the awesome Daniel repaired it in less than the time quoted and I received a call from the hysterical Cynthia to come and retrieve my phone. It has been a couple months since my repair and my Samsung Note 4 is working wonderfully. It may seem like I'm joking about the customer service at the uBreakiFix but it really is spectacular and Cynthia is just the best with a great attitude. We rely so much on our phones that having one severely damaged is a challenging and stressful experience. Working with a business who 1) respects your time, 2) commits and follows through, 3) makes the whole experience less stressful with a bright and friendly attitude, 4) does great work, 5) honors their warranty, definitely deserves five stars in my review! Thank you agan Cynthia, Thank you again Daniel. Thank you again uBreakiFix Phoenix.
