  • Was a little dismayed by all the scary reviews so I wanted to chime in. I dropped off two prepaid packages around 9am on a Saturday morning and both employees working the desk were quite courteous and pleasant. There was another customer buying a bag of packing peanuts, explaining her project to the employee, and the employee was explaining the best way to package the items and even offered to help her put the whole thing together. The customer declined because her items were at home, but the employee was more than ready to help. Ordinarily, this interaction wouldn't merit a review, but given all the one-stars, I wanted to tip the scales a bit :)
