  • I have attempted to contact Mike Cunningham of West USA several times and have never had a call back. The first time was on a Saturday when I had a recording telling me they don't answer the phone and to call back Monday! I left a message which was unanswered. I called back a week later during the week time and got a message service. Today, I again called and the phone was answered and the person told me they would put me through, but in the meantime asked for my name and number in case we got cut off. I supplied the necessary information and was then put through - to yet another message service. As before I left details but never had a call back. As if that was not bad enough, but wait (as the commercials say, there's more. The reason I was trying to contact Cunningham was that he was the listing agent for a new spec house built next door. This had been occupied for the last couple of weeks by a scary looking (but in reality probably harmless) homeless person. He may have been hired by the owners to scare off intruders or the owners may have been totally unaware of his presence. In any event I wanted to inform them of the situation. This man had been shouting to nobody and making noises at night like the devil in the movie Exorcist. I got concerned when I saw him pretend shooting at the front door and heard him having a conversation with himself. He is clearly a mental case and also could be dangerous. We don't want him living next door to us, even though we think the whole thing is sad and the guy needs help. We just do not want it to get even sadder, hence my calls to this listing Realtor, Mike Cunningham, who I suspect is also the builder. As it turns out several of our neighbors have also called Mike Cunningham & West USA and have had similar non response. Thank you Mike Cunningham and West USA for being such community minded Realtors, and the same goes for the property developer if it is a different person.
