  • I purchased three very large trees from this merchant for my house. I have only experienced issues in dealing with this merchant; ranging from bad customer service where they make you feel like you are the one that is wrong, and not them, as well as no response after leaving voice mails or writing letters complaining about the situation. It is also a shame that they do not provide proper care instructions to the people planting the trees (which seems to be an outsourced crew?), and that once you make them aware that they do not care. I almost lost $2K+ worth of trees due to this. It is unfortunate that my decision to support a smaller family owned company did turn out this way. However, with the utterly lack of customer service that I received from this company, I cannot recommend this business to others.
