  • Back in February I moved to Arizona from Texas and had no idea what to expect from my new apartment complex. To say that I was pleasantly surprised would be the understatement of the century. I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and the management. Jenny (the property manager) has been fantastic to deal with. Their maintenance staff has been very helpful and were extremely quick in taking care of a couple of minor maintenance tasks. All of my neighbours have been thoughtful and courteous. No crazy parties, loud music etc. Overall I couldn't ask for a better place to live. I highly recommend Waterford to anyone that is looking for an apartment complex with good neighbours and a great management team.
